Super-prime design and development consultancy, Rigby and Rigby, now one of the top three firms working in the upper echelons of the London property market, has been awarded a number of new international commissions – supporting a long term strategy for the global development of the business, as it enters its second decade.
The firm is currently working on a wide range of projects, including a new penthouse in Dubai, a family home in St Petersburg, and a prime beachfront home in Australia – as well as properties in a mountainous region of Japan and the epicentre of the luxury international lifestyle, Monaco.
Director Iain Johnson said: “The majority of our clients own property on multiple continents, so the Rigby and Rigby team is experienced at working on international projects. We bring to each project a combination of the diversity of our in-house talent, our relationships with leading global brands, a reputation for exacting standards and the ability to source extraordinary local artisans, in each country, to ensure each property we work on is not only illustrative of the best in contemporary international design, but is also authentic in its local context. Being based London, the design capital of the world, but flexible and able to relocate teams to anywhere in the world, means we are immersed in the latest trends and global thinking and can translate those influences into our concepts for client properties.”
