Rigby & Rigby have been appointed to design 82 Mount street, an exciting development in Mayfair W1. The design team will be creating a new concept for the Ground Floor Residential common area, Apartment on First Floor & Duplex Penthouse on the Fourth & Fifth Floor.

The project is due to be completed in April 2022 and includes a mixed-use space which consists of a ground floor complete with an office, entrance hall & retail space, and 4 apartments, including a duplex penthouse on the top floors.

This historic building was originally built in 1891 to the designs of Eustace’s Balfour, totalling 10,000 Sqft in total.
