Rigby & Rigby have completed the full refurbishment of an existing Grade II Listed first floor apartment in Ennismore Gardens.

New technologies were intelligently concealed within the original historic architecture to preserve the character of this exceptional property.

Within the apartment a new Master Suite with En Suite was designed with a glazed panel to divide the partition, ensuring the key features and proportions within the original room were restored.  The property also includes a new media room, kitchen, study and a custom wine room that utilised a material pallet of both metal and glass to maximise transparency and highlight the original historic features of the space, with the historic and new sitting harmoniously within the apartment.
