Rigby & Rigby were appointed to design a Penthouse Apartment in the highly reputable Hanover Square scheme for Great Portland Estate. Designed to appeal to the younger generation of Mayfair property purchasers, the apartment has a paired back, minimalist style with a layer of luxury to tie in with the surrounding Mayfair aesthetic. All apartments have access to a shared roof terrace overlooking the “Medici Courtyard” whilst the two upper penthouses have their own private roof terraces.
Rigby & Rigby designed the penthouse with the surrounding Mayfair landmarks in mind. A refined scheme with the aim to create a comfortable, elegant apartment which pushes the boundaries of a typical Mayfair design. The focus of our design is on craftsmanship and materiality of the furniture, accessories and artwork.
The 224,000 sq ft development provides a mixed-use space of office, retail, restaurant and residential units as well as a pedestrian route and public courtyard connecting New Bond Street to Hanover Square. In the heart of the West End, the six residential apartments will be a private and secluded space for its residents who enjoy the convenience and excitement of living in this prime location. Since the project completion, all apartments are now under offer and ready for their new owners.
