Rigby & Rigby are delighted that November 2021 marks the 15^th anniversary of Rigby & Rigby.

Since the founding of Rigby & Rigby in 2006, the studio has fast become considered as one of the leading luxury design and delivery studios within super-prime London and internationally, behind some of the most renowned residential, commercial and superyacht designs in the world.

 
In Rigby & Rigby began in 2006 the services offered Construction and Architecture, but the companies continued growth has since allowed the service offering to increase to Development Management, Interior Design, FF&E, an After Care Service for our Private Clients aswell as a Country Project division, a Special Project Division and their product collection ‘Unknown Editions’. 

Within this short time frame, Rigby & Rigby have completed over 218 projects, have a special projects division with value of over £1BN, have a 98% first application success rate for planning, have 62% repeat clients, and hold the record-breaking £/SqFt for repurposed period conversions.

Certifications and Awards include RIBA, BID, SBID, Federation of Master Builders, Considerate Construction, alongside multiple awards won across the board with International Design and Architecture Awards, being named as the top 50 interior desigers in Country and Townhouse, noted 2 years running as Spears top 100 Architects and designers aswell as producing the first Wellness Accredited design project in the UK. 

Continued success allowed Rigby & Rigby to become the founding members of the luxury design group Allect, alongside Helen Green Design and Lawson Robb. With the crucial attribute of excellence in their respective fields, Allect brings together some of the finest names in architecture, interior and product design with the mission to foster an unrivalled level of creativity, innovation and excellence. 

With commercial projects underway at Claridges, The Maybourne Riviera and Nammos London, aswell as design and delivery residential projects including a 17,000 Sqft Mansion in Knightsbridge and a period conversion of a property in Ennismore Gardens, the future looks very bright for Rigby & Rigby.
