Our packages are designed to be convenient for our clients. Your Private Client Services manager will plan, organise and oversee every aspect of your property and deal with all sub-contractors no matter how big or small.
Rigby & Rigby offer an unprecedented level of care and our Private Client Service packages start with a maintenance contract including a set number of management or construction hours.
For remedial works, Rigby & Rigby will undertake works without a quote and instruction from our client to a maximum pre-agreed value. This is particularly valuable for immediate rectifications and emergency call-outs.
Rigby & Rigby prides itself on having an open book policy with our clients and manage specialist third-party sub-contractors, who carry out scheduled servicing at no mark-up. These specialisms include, but are not limited to, boiler, under floor heating, fire alarm, security alarm, air conditioning, car lift, smoke curtain, delta pumps, fireplaces and flues, AV support, lift, swimming pool and electrics.
We also have access to further specialist services such as security and private catering managing every client request.
