Rigby & Rigby has developed the interior design for a 10,000sq ft new build property situated amongst the rolling hills of the Cotswolds countryside. In the style of a deconstructed barn, it will feature contemporary interiors with raw materials and clean lines.

With current designs, the property will be three storeys, one basement and two floors above. There will also be five bedrooms, gym, swimming pool with a sauna and steam room and a glass lift through the centre of the feature staircase.

James Ashfield, Interior Design Studio Manager, comments “The interior design responds to the client, the architecture and the surrounding natural beauty. The space is open and inviting with fantastic views over the landscaped gardens. Both the inside and outside interact with each other and we have made subtle references to the barn vernacular with feature elements of wood interspersed with more modern materials.
