Rigby & Rigby are delighted to be part of the renovation of a 1960’s bungalow, working on the Architecture, Construction and Development Management for the property.

Rigby & Rigby’s design of a lightweight first-floor extension will provide a luxurious yet functional offering, with high insulation levels that improve energy efficiency and performance. This will bring the residence back to an exemplary standard of living and sits perfectly within Rigby’s commitment to producing sustainable and energy-efficient properties. The MVHR system and ground source heat pumps with high insulation levels will all aid this, ensuring minimal energy usage throughout.

Inside the 19,000 SqFt residence will sit a swimming pool, gym, spa, wine store as well as entertainment areas including a cinema and VR gaming room. There will be 15 internal garage spaces and a total of 13 bedrooms all of which will feature the latest in home automation.

The design team are looking forward to turning this tired building into a state-of-the-art piece of contemporary architecture with the latest advancements in technology.
