Teck Lam has been appointed as Construction Director of Rigby & Rigby. Prior to joining Rigby & Rigby, Teck was Director at leading development and architecture company Spink Properties, along with previously working at Candy & Candy. Whilst at Spink Properties, Teck won several awards including ‘Best House in the World’ for Architectural Review in 2016.

Teck brings more than 35 years of industry leadership and experience and is known for his exceptional technical ability and passion for design. His past experience includes the delivery of a broad range of projects from luxury residences to 7 stars hotels and superyachts. Additionally, Teck has spent 15 years of his career in Asia and South America.

At Rigby & Rigby, Teck’s role encompasses overseeing a large team of project managers, sub-contractors and includes managing and coordination with internal and external designers and consultants. Teck’s strong knowledge and experience in services and controls, planning, site logistics, ensures quality control and that best practice health and safety standards are met.  Teck’s current projects include ‘Lancelot House’, a 17,000 sq ft private residence in Knightsbridge, London, whilst leading the ‘Special Projects’ division of ultra-prime properties worth in excess of £50 million.
