Stokes’ experience in delivering luxury residential properties has given him vital insight in his role of overseeing and managing the commercial development of Rigby & Rigby. Practiced at leading large teams, communicating with UHNW clients and liaising with leading architecture and interior design studios, he ensures the exceptional execution and seamless delivery of complex projects. Renowned for bringing a can-do and personable attitude to every Rigby & Rigby project, he ensures clients’ objectives are met and relationships are maintained with the utmost professionalism. As Studio Director and an RIBA registered Architect, Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in architecture and leadership. Mark is an accomplished architect who has delivered projects ranging from high-end residential to commercial and conservation sectors.Mark’s experience delivering such a broad range of projects has given him invaluable insight, knowledge and management skills which he brings to his leadership of the Rigby & Rigby Architecture studio. He is practised at overseeing a large team, communicating with clients and the designers. Mark’s role at Rigby & Rigby has evolved over his seven years with the company and as Studio Director he is responsible for managing the team of architects and ensure the smooth functioning of the Architecture studio.Past projects have included a 1930’s Chelsea townhouse and a large country house in Warwickshire. Currently, Mark is working on some of Rigby & Rigby's most complex full-service special projects including ‘Lancelot House’, a 17,000 sq ft private residence in Knightsbridge completing in 2021.
With 15 years’ experience working in the UK and internationally, James is an accomplished Studio Manager and Interior Designer. James’ exceptional technical ability and passion for innovative design have ensured the delivery of a wide range of projects for private and commercial clients such city apartments, country houses and five-star hotels.Since joining Rigby & Rigby in 2018, James has become the leading interior designer on Rigby & Rigby’s special project, 'Lancelot House', a 17,000 sq ft private residence located in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. He has also been instrumental in the design of several international projects most recently in Copenhagen, Dubai and Japan.James’ attention to detail and commitment to create the most exceptional homes for our clients has led him to develop a strong interest in sustainability and wellness. James is focused on the impact of our living environment on our physical and emotional health with particular expertise in the practice of Feng Shui.Prior to Rigby & Rigby, James has built a wealth of knowledge as an interior architect and interior designer whilst working for leading London design houses, including Harrods Interior Design Studio. James brings his expertise in communicating with clients to Rigby & Rigby having spent two and a half years working for a private client in the Middle East.
Adam has over 30 years of Industry experience working for both Consultant and Contractor based organisations providing pre and post contract surveying duties.
His exposure spans over all sectors of construction providing a wealth of knowledge across the industry; working in a professional capacity in private practice is balanced by recent years providing surveying and commercial functions in a contracting environment, this balance affords Adam the ability to realise Client requirements whilst working within the constraints of the project.
Adam has been working for Rigby & Rigby since 2014 in which time he has delivered a number of prime residential schemes and provides commercial support to other project teams. He has also provided support to the development of new opportunities including the delivery of after care and maintenance programmes.
Aside from core commercial duties Adam also functions in a project management capacity providing a direct interface with the Client and the wider team.
Outside of work Adam is a committed family man and enjoys the day to day rigours of supporting his son and daughter.
Andy has recently completed his Master's degree in Architecture from Birmingham City University, focusing on the adaptive re-use of existing architecture.
Prior to joining Rigby & Rigby, Andy gained valuable experience working on both large and small-scale commercial projects, working across all stages of design and construction.
Outside of work, Andy is a keen basketball player and also enjoys spending time with his family.
Charlie has over 10 years’ experience in practice. He studied at Birmingham School of Architecture,
Manchester University and the Bartlett UCL, graduating with a First Class hons and Distinction then
registering with the ARB in 2015. Charlie’s student work was award winning and recognised within
the universities and externally by the Manchester society of architects for his final thesis project.
Whilst working in his year in industry Charlie and a colleague competed in a RIBA international
competition beating 400 entries for a redesign of the prestigious Pushkin cinema in Moscow.
Charlie spent over 7 years with Heatherwick Studio, holding key roles on several prestigious projects
including Bombay Saphire Gin Distillery(£25 Million), Eden residential tower(£40 Million) in Singapore
and Changi Airport Terminal 5. Roles included design guardian and resident site architect for Eden,
delivering the architecture and interiors on site for the high end residential tower, and workstream
lead for Changi T5 that involved coordinating complex design with specialist consultants for a
transportation hub along with acting as design guardian of interiors and look and feel for Heatherwick
Studio. Charlie worked closely with the client team,consultants and contractors travelling extensively
to factories, quarries and showrooms in Europe and Asia to ensure quality for these projects.
Following working in Singapore Charlie joined Snøhetta Hong Kong and worked on a luxury private
island residence in Greece before moving to Snøhetta Oslo. During his time in Oslo as senior architect
he held key lead roles in architecture and interiors for a Palace renovation in the UAE and the tallest
timber office tower in Finland for a Norwegian Developer. Charlie worked closely with the clients and
consultants to develop the design and ensure quality proposals.
Now at Rigby and Rigby, Charlie’s focus is on developing and supporting great design and growing
the international architecture side of the business.
Dave studied Architecture at the University of Bath, attaining a BSc (Hons) followed by a Masters in Architecture and the Part III professional certificate in record time, becoming fully qualified at the age of 25. Dave is registered with the ARB and the RIBA and has over 11 years of fully qualified experience.
Since 2010, Dave has worked as an architect for multiple practices responsible for project management, client liaison and contract administration. His speciality is contemporary construction detailing with a minimal aesthetic and a focus on sustainability. In his most recent role as Associate at Spaced Out Ltd, Dave worked on over 85 projects and was project architect for 42 of those projects. Dave has delivered buildings in a wide range of sectors, including restaurants, schools, residential and commercial properties. Dave is experienced as a team leader and has run the Rigby and Rigby London architecture department since 2019. Dave has won multiple awards, including the British Homes Award and the Pool of the Year Award and has helped achieved CIAT accreditation in 2015. In addition to his work achievements, Dave has been an associate lecturer at the University of Northampton teaching 3D CAD from 2016-2018. As an Associate at Rigby and Rigby Dave is acting as project architect for a number of multi million pound projects simultaneously.
At Rigby & Rigby, Dave is helping to achieve and exceed client goals. He is willing to go above and beyond to achieve architecture which surprises and elates our clients. He has a passion for construction detailing and problem solving and his extensive construction knowledge is the cornerstone of his architectural designs.
Edouard de Caussin studied architecture at the AA Architectural Association in London before completing his Master degree at the University of Cambridge.
He joined Rigby & Rigby in 2021 at their London office, where he is currently involved in international projects in Thailand and Japan. Edouard has gained extensive international experience, beginning with David Chipperfield Architects in Milan, and later joining BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group BIG in London. While, he worked on a wide variety of projects, including high-end retail spaces, private residences, and listed buildings.
He has experience across all stages and scales of cultural and residential projects, with a strong attention to detail and a creative approach that blends art, landscape, and architecture.
Frankie studied Architecture at the University of Nottingham, where she received an honours degree and developed a keen interest in urban design, as well as the historical value and perception of buildings.
After gaining a wealth of knowledge from several architectural and developer practices, Frankie then joined Rigby & Rigby in 2015 and has since been involved in many varied projects. She prides herself on her approachability, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
During her time working at Rigby & Rigby, Frankie has worked on a number of key projects where she has worked closely with interior design and construction, as well as liaising with external consultants and sub-contractors. Since joining the company, she has gained extensive experience in delivering complex planning, listed building and License to alter applications, working on detailed and technical design, as well as project management and interior scheme proposals for a number of properties within Super Prime London. Following the successful management and delivery of a London family home and an apartment at the prestigious Grosvenor Square, Frankie is now leading a number of high profile bespoke projects with a variety of clientele.
Outside of work Frankie is a keen hockey player, enjoying training on and off the pitch as 1st team captain, as well as spending a quality time with her family, friends and dog.
Isabelle approaches architecture with a global perspective and a strong foundation in delivering high-profile projects. Originally from Beirut, she has brought her international outlook to her work, having contributed to transformative designs both in her hometown and across the globe. Based in London, she has honed her expertise with leading practices, including Bjarke Ingels Group and Populous. Her work has encompassed innovative stadium developments, large-scale commercial projects, and the revitalisation of iconic landmarks.
A graduate of the Architectural Association in London, Isabelle brings a blend of innovative design sensibility and technical precision to every project. Her diverse experience has equipped her to tackle complex challenges with a balance of vision and practicality.
Now a member of the Rigby & Rigby team, Isabelle’s collaborative spirit and forward-thinking approach drive her commitment to creating architecture that stands the test of time, delivering meaningful, impactful spaces that resonate with clients and communities alike.
Joey started his career as an interior designer in Hong Kong after graduating, gaining valuable experience in designing creative and functional spaces, before moving to Tokyo to work with an esteemed interior consultant for 14 years. Most recently, he served as a project manager in Niseko Japan. In this role, he managed diverse projects, with adept organisation skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional results.
With strong language skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese, an in-depth understanding of the industry and a keen eye for detail and design innovation, Joey is an effective communicator and coordinator in the Asian market.
Norman is an architectural designer whose work is defined by a blend of international experience, creative vision, and a deep passion for design. After completing his studies at the Architectural Association in London, Norman gained valuable experience working in both the UK and Hong Kong. His diverse background has shaped his contributions to high-profile projects across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America, ranging from private residences to large-scale urban developments.
At Rigby & Rigby, Norman’s international expertise plays a pivotal role in shaping innovative, luxury design solutions. His work continues to span continents, engaging with complex cultural, environmental, and aesthetic considerations, always with an eye toward creating spaces that are timeless, functional, and impactful.
Beyond his architectural practice, Norman is a regular guest juror for the Foundation course at the Architectural Association. His commitment to education and mentorship is central to his broader contributions to the architectural community. Outside of architecture, Norman is an avid analogue photographer. His passion for traditional film photography informs his architectural sensibility, inspiring a meticulous attention to detail, texture, and the play of light and shadow within his designs.
With a body of work that bridges cultures, continents, and disciplines, Norman continues to challenge and shape the built environment at Rigby & Rigby, combining technical expertise with an artistic vision rooted in a profound appreciation for the world around him.
Panya has Advanced GNVQ Qualifications in Construction and The Built Environment from Mid-Warwickshire College, and has a wide range of knowledge within planning and architecture gained from a hands on experience of over 28 years.

Panya is a family man with two young children. He is also passionate about golf and history.
Paul has fifteen years professional experience in Architectural Practice and has been involved in a number of projects across a variety of sectors, including education, pharmaceutical, aviation, R&D and high-end residential. Paul carries professional accreditation with both the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) & BIID (British Institute of Interior Designers).
In 2014, Paul joined Rigby & Rigby and has since gained extensive experience in the delivery of highly complex planning/LBC applications, along with the preparation of detailed/technical design packages, project management and interior scheme proposals for a number of properties within Super Prime London. Recent projects include the award winning 12 Charles Street apartment, R&R’s spectacular Grosvenor Square development, along with a selection of exceptional Private Client projects.
Serena has recently concluded her Master’s in architecture at Nottingham Trent University (NTU) alongside working for Rigby & Rigby. Before joining the team, Serena developed skills in project management through her role in the development team at NTU, assisting in the delivery of key university buildings in Nottingham.
She has been with the company since 2018, working on a number of projects in this time, from residences in Mayfair and Chelsea to more recently, expanding her knowledge though a number of larger scale international projects in Tokyo and the Maybourne Riveria. In the delivery of these projects Serena has liaised with external consultants and site teams as well as working closely with our in-house Interior Design companies, R&R ID, Helen Green and Lawson Robb in the creation of Interior Design packages including schedules, furniture and joinery drawings.
Most recently Serena has completed a large first floor apartment (Grade II Listed), overlooking Ennismore Gardens, with her involvement commencing at RIBA Stage 3, running through to completion.
In her spare time, Serena is a keen dancer with a passion for salsa dancing.
Stelios Gatsinos is an architect with experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects across Greece and the UK. A graduate of the National Technical University of Athens with the highest distinction, Stelios brings a strong academic foundation and practical expertise to his work.
His professional journey includes roles at prestigious firms such as Neiheiser Argyros in London, as well as K-Studio in Athens. Stelios has worked across all RIBA design stages, contributing to architectural competitions, permitting processes, detailed design, and site coordination. He is particularly skilled at transforming concepts into well-resolved architectural solutions that respond to both client aspirations and contextual needs.
Stelios’ work has been recognised on notable platforms, including the Venice Biennale 2021 where his project “Aristotelous Anavassis” was exhibited. He has also earned awards in architectural competitions, demonstrating his ability to blend creativity and functionality in his designs.
With a passion for architecture that balances design innovation and technical rigor, Stelios approaches each project with precision and a keen awareness of spatial quality. His work reflects a commitment to creating thoughtful, impactful spaces that enrich the built environment and enhance the lives of those who inhabit them.
Yuchen Wu graduated with a BA (Hons) in Architecture (RIBA/ARB Part 1) from the Architectural Association, where his work was nominated for RIBA Prizes. During his studies, he gained professional experience at WATG in London, contributing to high-end international hospitality projects that honed his understanding of luxury design and large-scale development. Yuchen is passionate about creating large-scale sculptures and installations that bridge architecture, art, and storytelling. As the lead curator for the Thingness of Things exhibition, he orchestrated a multi-disciplinary showcase in a Grade II listed building in London, seamlessly blending conceptual narratives with tactile, physical creations. His interest in merging the boundaries of art and architecture defines his approach to spatial design. With expertise in live-action filmmaking and digital animation, Yuchen explores the intersection of filmmaking and architecture to challenge conventional design practices. His experimental approach and strong storytelling skills enable him to craft unique, visually compelling architectural visions that push creative boundaries and reimagine the potential of spatial experiences.
Filipa’s design journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Lisbon, which laid the foundation for her creative career. She further honed her skills at the renowned Inchbald School of Design in London, where her talent was recognized with an award for Best Student in the Interior Decoration Certificate program. This accolade also opened the door to a rewarding collaboration with distinguished alumnus, Staffan Tollgard.
With over a decade of experience in London’s elite design scene, Filipa has worked with renowned firms, building a reputation for creating luxurious, functional, and thoughtfully curated spaces. Her expertise shines through in high-end residential projects, where she balances elegance with practicality.
Filipa’s design philosophy is rooted in the seamless integration of creativity and functionality. Whether crafting captivating presentations or developing projects that require graphic and product design skills, she approaches each task with a collaborative mindset. Her goal is always to create spaces that are not only visually stunning but also deeply personal, timeless, and reflective of each client’s unique story.
Outside of her professional life, Filipa is passionate about reading, baking, and exploring photography - hobbies that continue to inspire and inform her design work.
Issy joined Rigby & Rigby full time at the start of 2024, having successfully completed an internship with the company during 2019, and working for another luxury residential design studio in between.
During her career, she has overseen varied high end projects and she has also managed an Interior Design charity which focused on redesigning charitable organisation spaces into places of joy and comfort. As charity manager, she successfully organised several charitable events while also designing, managing, and installing a number of charity transformation projects.
Since re-joining the Rigby & Rigby Interior Design studio, she has established herself as an important team member and focused on the design and delivery of an overseas 55,000 sq ft new build project.In her spare time, Issy enjoys cooking, travelling and yoga.
After graduating with a BA in Interior Design, Kamei has worked in the residential market for 14 years. With the first half of her career in predominantly small companies, she was able to appreciate first-hand the logistics of running an interior design business, and this nurtured the understanding of what is required to be an all-round designer, and to be able to manage all aspects of a project.
Her portfolio mostly features projects in London where her expertise lies, however Kamei has also worked on projects in Switzerland and China. Since joining the Rigby & Rigby ID team in 2021, Kamei has worked on projects in Knightsbridge and Chelsea, as well as international projects in Dubai and Bangkok.
Kamei provides Clients with a professional and personable experience, which assures them that she takes into account all of their needs and will go above and beyond to deliver a successful project.
Rebecca studied History of Art at the University of Leeds, where she graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree. Following graduation, Rebecca established a career in Finance in the Channel Islands before returning to the UK to pursue her love for the Decorative and Fine Arts. Rebecca then went on to study at the Inchbald School of Design, where she developed the skills necessary to establish a career in Interior Design.
In 2017, Rebecca joined the Rigby and Rigby Interior Design Studio and has since completed projects in Covent Garden, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Oslo and Dubai. She has most recently concluded a 17,000 sq ft new build project in Knightsbridge and is currently working on projects in London and Bangkok.Rebecca enjoys travelling, skiing, good wine and good food.
Tania joined the Rigby and Rigby Interior Design Team in 2019.
Since moving to the UK, Tania has worked as a designer for the main developers in country gaining great experience in the London Market.
Keen to develop her career, Tania then moved to an international firm with offices in London, New York and Los Angeles. During this time she worked on various high end private residential projects.
Having joined Rigby and Rigby, she has led projects for a number of clients including a number of townhouses in Belgravia, a contemporary new build in the country and a private family office in Oslo, Norway.
Tania’s main hobbies are photography, art and travelling. After graduating, she spent a year travelling and continues to visit different cities and cultures capturing new inspirations to bring in to her design schemes.
Chris completed a 2 year carpentry apprenticeship, achieving NVQ 1&2 Carpentry skills qualification at Worcester College of Technology in 2003.
Since then he has worked in all aspects of carpentry, gaining knowledge of 1st, 2nd and 3rd fixing, roofing and kitchen installation.
In 2008 he joined the Rigby & Rigby team working on developing bespoke homes in prime central London, progressing his high end carpentry skills, and recently undertaking site management.
Chris is a keen sportsman including ice hockey and rugby, enjoys music, socializing and adrenaline activities. A charity man, he undertook a charity Santa dash last year and is registered again this year.
Conor has over 7 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor, having worked within both the public and private sectors carrying out projects in a diverse market.
Having received a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, Conor then went on to gain chartership from the Chartered Institute of Building.
His previous projects have been largely focused but not limited to the conservation and restoration of heritage and listed buildings with project values ranging from £3m to £15m.
Outside of work Conor enjoys going to watch and play football, as well as spending time on the golf course in the summer months.
Derek has had over 40 years experience in the construction industry, covering a vast array of projects, currently specialising in large standalone ultra prime properties in London and the Home Counties.
His portfolio includes mansion houses, estates, hotels, restaurants, Manhattan loft conversions and theme parks amongst others.
He has a very strong structural background, a thorough understanding of the mechanical and electrical design and installation processes and a razor-sharp eye for finishes and detailing.
Outside of Work Derek is foremost a family man with a love for the outdoor pursuits, as well as rock climbing and martial arts. Derek is a proactive charity fundraiser through various institutions.
Emmanuel has over 17 years experience in Quantity Surveying in the construction industry and has been involved in a wide variety of projects during this time in the high end residential, and commercial sectors of the construction industry.
Emmanuel has a BSc Honors degree in Quantity Surveying and whilst working he also studied for a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management in 2015. He has been a lead project Quantity Surveyor on a vast number of projects ranging from £2.6m new build high-end residential projects, up to £10`m alteration and refurbishment high-end residential projects and £ 25m mixed developments in central London and the country.
He has been with Rigby & Rigby since 2012, and involved in delivering some of the prestigious and award wining projects Rigby & Rigby has delivered in the Mayfair area of Central London.
Emmanuel is a family man, a keen Formula 1 follower and enjoys all motor sports, football, athletics and music, as well as construction and engineering documentaries.
Leroy studied product design and marketing at Liverpool John Moores University. After graduating he worked as a freelance designer whilst travelling the world. Living in Australia and spending time in the Himalayas, he developed his skills and passion for the visual arts, working on projects in web, graphic and interior design.
Returning to the UK in 2005 he established his own decorating/finishing company working in both the residential and commercial sectors. He undertook entire refurbishment projects, redeveloping an apartment in Maida Vale, a town house in Belsize Park and a nightclub in Soho.
With increased experience in this area Leroy became assistant site manager on the multimillion pound refurbishment of a 45 bedroom hotel, The Arden in Stratford-upon-Avon.
In 2010 he joined Rigby & Rigby assisting on a 12,500sq.ft church conversion in Knightsbridge before moving on to manage the redevelopment of a mixed use building project in the heart of Mayfair. Leroy has completed 3 super prime townhouses and is currently bringing a Grade II listed town house to completion.
Paul gained qualifications in heating and plumbing following a successful apprenticeship. He has a lengthy track record in all aspects of heating and plumbing installation and site management in both the commercial and residential sectors. He joined Rigby & Rigby in 2008 primarily as Site Manager on a Chelsea apartment development. Following completion of the project Paul was retained to oversee all aspects of plumbing installation for the business across several sites. He manages a small team and is responsible for the procurement of product to sites. Paul is also Customer Services Manager and supports clients post sale of the company’s developed properties. He has excellent relationship building skills and is highly regarded by all clients for his dedication to resolving issues. He also undertakes the maintenance of the company’s rental portfolio. Paul is a family man who enjoys shooting and other outdoor pursuits.
Phil started his career in the construction industry in Australia, with an apprenticeship in Carpentry and joinery. Following qualification Phil moved quickly into the project management team where he successfully delivered projects in both the residential and commercial sectors. In 2002 Phil moved to the UK and has gained vast experience over several complex projects in the residential sector.
Phil is an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager with extensive knowledge of high-end design and build projects in commercial, residential and retail sectors. Steve’s 40 plus years in construction as a Quantity Surveyor has progressed across the full spectrum of tier 1 contractors and smaller contractors, with particular experience in the high-end residential prime and super prime market Having previously worked for over 30 years on a permanent basis, Steve has also worked on his own projects and as a free-lance surveyor before joining the team at Rigby and Rigby some years ago. Steve has experience as commercial lead and commercial manager on numerous projects throughout London and the South East ranging from £250k to £30m in value. Steve is a family man and enjoys most sports.
Terille’s 39 year quantity surveying career has progressed from working within several professional quantity surveying practices, a leading high-end contractor, two developers and three interior design studios.
Previously working as a freelance surveyor, he has joined Rigby and Rigby to add to the compliment of senior quantity surveyors and his experience. Terille has over 25 years specialising in the high-end residential prime and super prime market commercially managing multimillion pound bespoke construction projects. This wealth of knowledge and experience is valuable when converting client dreams into commercial reality.
Outside of work Terille is a keen table tennis player.
Having just reached his 11 year anniversary at Rigby & Rigby, Will is an integral part of the team, having lead key projects including a 12,500Sqft listed Church Conversion in Knightsbridge and a Grade II listed home in Old Queen Street.Will’s background before Rigby & Rigby was within the fine arts and as a freelance model maker. Graduating from Bristol Art College with degree in Fine Art, Will specialised in sculpture before he began work as a freelance model maker within the film and television Industry working on a number of films and television commercials. In 1987 he established his own Creative Company as Principle Director, maintaining his roots in the film industry where he ventured into the exhibition and theme world building exhibition stands in London, Milan and Cologne. In 2005 William left the industry and moved his building and creative skills to the world of high quality commercial and residential property refurbishment.
Daisy Watson is a dynamic graphic designer leading the development of a dedicated graphics and branding department within the Creative Division at Rigby & Rigby. With a rich background in Architecture, Art, and Animation, Daisy leverages her interdisciplinary expertise to bring innovative and cohesive design solutions to the company. Since joining the Allect Group, she has made a significant impact, acting as the brand guardian for Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green, and Lawson Robb, as well as creating many luxurious and contemporary brand identities, most notably, Berkeley Arcade. Her meticulous attention to detail and artistic flair have been instrumental in elevating the visual identity of prestigious brands, and driving Rigby & Rigby's reputation for cutting-edge and sophisticated design solutions.
Kay Sames is a highly seasoned 3D Visualiser based in London, with specialist experience in the architectural and interior visualisation industry, creating images and animations for some of the most renowned commercial and residential properties across the globe. She established the Rigby & Rigby 3D department in 2022 and she has made a mark as a distinguished professional in the field, having honed her expertise through tenures at some of London's most esteemed studios, where she refined her skills and proficiency in the essential software and techniques integral to the visualisation industry.
As a results-oriented 3D Visualiser, Kay brings over a decade of experience to the dynamic realm of architectural and interior visualisation. She demonstrates exceptional proficiency in industry-standard tools such as 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Marvelous Designer, using them to translate design concepts into visually striking and lifelike representations. Currently, Kay holds the position of 3D Studio Manager at Rigby & Rigby, where she applies her extensive expertise in project management and marketing oversight. Her consistent track record of delivering high-quality visualisations that not only meet but exceed client expectations is a testament to her unwavering commitment to detail and her innate talent for effective communication. With a passion for translating creative visions into compelling, tangible visuals, Kay excels at elevating projects across diverse industries.

An accomplished 3D designer with a background in architectural design, Lucy has been a key member of the 3D design team since 2021. Her seven years of prior experience in architecture have proven invaluable in maintaining a high level of accuracy in our visual representations. Lucy is proficient in a diverse range of design software, including AutoCAD, 3dsMax, Corona, Photoshop, and After Effects. Her exceptional organizational skills, aptitude for creating efficient processes, and ability to streamline workflows have significantly contributed to our department’s productivity and improved project pipelines.
Lucy has been instrumental in driving departmental success through her introduction of effective organizational and list-based management techniques, resulting in a substantial increase in overall efficiency. She takes pride in ensuring the precision and accuracy of visual representations, aligning them meticulously with project requirements and industry standards. Born and raised in Sweden, Linnéa first gained international experience assisting a Chief Experience Director in Malta. Linnéa has always had a creative passion for architecture and design and in 2014, she relocated to London to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture at London South Bank University.
Despite moving away from a career in architecture, she recently brought her design visions to life through completing an extensive renovation of her own London maisonette. The works included all aspects of interior design, a loft conversion and added rooftop terrace.
Linnéa brings a wealth of cross-sector experience, providing high-level support to C-suites and UHNW clients across property development, tech, and compliance. Her professional journey has been marked by roles that focus on customer experience, strategic planning, operational management, and cross-departmental collaboration. In her previous roles she has also worked closely with Development Directors to manage complex development projects.

Liné Samdal, Head of Private Clients has a wealth of experience across multiple sectors in the luxury industry. With a background in contract, real estate and international Law from the University of Oslo, Liné has a BA degree in Business and Economics and a MA in Luxury Brand Management at Regent’s University London.
Liné has a profound understanding and passion for luxury with extensive business development experience in luxury retail including work with Max Mara & La Perla before founding her own luxury brand consulting agency, tailoring strategies for emerging luxury brands to grow brand equity in new markets.
With 10 years of international experience, working in the Middle East, Europe and Scandinavia, working with luxury brands and UNHWI, Liné has the knowledge and understanding to support your international project, whilst ensuring it meets the high level luxury standard Liné expects.
Outside of work Liné interests include horse show-jumping, down hill skiing & hiking. Liné is now Head of Private Clients at Allect and is responsible for ensuring project reporting and managing client relationships across all the brands.
Stefanie has accumulated nearly 5 years of experience in the real estate sector, demonstrating a strong background and dedication to the industry.
With a foundation in Business studies from Ludwig Maximilian University, Stefanie’s academic background is complemented by her hands-on experience in various practical roles. During her university years, she worked on a startup, gaining invaluable entrepreneurial experience and insight into the business world.
Stefanie’s career is distinguished by her diverse international experiences. She has completed numerous internships
in different countries, including Vietnam and China, which have enriched her global perspective and adaptability in diverse environments.
Known for her outgoing and extroverted personality, Stefanie excels in building and maintaining relationships. Her interests outside of work include traveling and engaging in various sports, which reflect her energetic and dynamic lifestyle.
Stuart Hague, Private Client Services Manager, has a wealth of experience in complex, high-value programme management, business development and client relationship building.
He studied Design at Oxford Brookes University where he graduated as BA(Hons) Architecture.
During his degree he was enticed away from the creative Industry furthering his career by flying for the RAF where he spent the next 25 years. Initially flying fast-jets (Hawk, Jaguars and time with the Red Arrows) he spent most of his career flying Chinook helicopters. After 12 operational tours of the Falkland Islands, Northern Ireland, Iraq and Afghanistan, where he was in command, he left the RAF as a Wing Commander, Officer Commanding 22 Squadron. Throughout his career he often worked with VVIPs, senior officers, and UHNW clients. He was chosen to take part in 3 Royal flypasts, the last of which he led over London for the Queen’s birthday.
He then led a sophisticated project management team delivering operational design of engineering and construction teams, delivering a complex, high-value infrastructure programme internationally, whilst developing divisional marketing and worldwide business development.
Stuart joined the Rigby & Rigby Studio to continue in his passion of exquisite design, dealing with high-net-worth individuals in his unassuming confidential way, advising on matters of security, service, maintenance, smaller works, and personal care, he takes the upmost pride in his position and his trusted client relationships.
Outside of work Stuart enjoys private flying, rowing, skiing, offshore sailing and shooting. He has 2 children and lives near Henley in Oxfordshire. Stuart is now responsible for helping develop Total Care by Rigby & Rigby - Private Client Services.
Lisa has 30 years of experience in Finance and Administration. After her A Levels, Lisa started to work for her family engineering business, training in finance, administration and purchasing. After gaining experience, she then moved to GVA in Birmingham, where she worked in Finance and Payroll before taking a short break to start a family. Lisa has worked locally in Warwickshire, mainly in Finance, up to Management Accounts level, before happily joining the Rigby and Rigby team in 2018.
Steve joined his family business, SCH PLC, in 1988. During 20 years experience within SCH, the business has grown to a £2.7bn turnover company and now operates in the Top 10 private businesses in the UK. Steve remains as Chief Operating Officer for Rigby Group PLC and splits his time between Rigby Group and Rigby & Rigby. Rigby & Rigby was formed in 2006. Since this time the business has developed, refurbished or designed more than 35 properties. Steve’s passion for developing houses coupled with his business minded determination to deliver projects on time and to budget has positioned the business as a leader within its field. Steve has three children and is a keen polo player.

Tim’s journey in the finance realm spans over a decade, marked by key roles in esteemed organisations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Birmingham Hippodrome, where his strategic acumen and operational expertise played a pivotal role in driving success. Prior to this, he held the position of Finance Director for over four years at the same institution, highlighting his steadfast dedication to the company’s success and overall health.
Before his tenure at Birmingham Hippodrome, Tim served as Deputy Finance Director at the Caudwell Family Office, where he honed his skills in financial stewardship and strategic planning. His contributions were instrumental in optimising financial processes and ensuring the long-term financial health of the organisation.With his diverse background and proven leadership, Tim Maycock is poised to lead the finance department at the Allect Group to new heights.
