Spotlight on Rigby & Rigby’s architectural talent
April’s Finance Monthly, a global, multiplatform publication targeting corporate executives, has explored some of the challenges facing super prime property developers in achieving complex planning permissions in some of the capital’s most exclusive postcodes.
In an interview with Italian architect, Marco Braghiroli, the founder and managing director of Prestige Exclusive Lifestyle Ltd, Mr Braghioli highlights the complexities inherent in the bold and ambitious architectural projects on which Rigby and Rigby has built its reputation, commenting that “architectural projects are a complex jigsaw of synergies between multiple specialist consultants, facing numerous challenges.”
He cites the example of Westminster, which has made changes to its policies on the basements. He continues: “(This) meant that we needed to work even closer with high calibre consultants, such as Rigby and Rigby and Savills Planning, to help us respond to such changes in legislations and minimize uncertainties during the design process ensuring the project is delivered successfully to client’s needs.”
