Rigby & Rigby submit planning application for a Victorian Townhouse in super-prime London
Rigby & Rigby continue to grow their design and delivery portfolio in super-prime London with their latest project; a 6 storey Victorian townhouse in Kensington.
This unlisted private residential currently sits at 458 SqM but Rigby & Rigby’s new scheme proposes a design of 495 SqM for this family residence.
Internally the design will feature a new sculptural staircase, an entertainment suite that includes a media lounge, bar and wine room across the lower ground floor and a master suite that sits across the second floor. On the fourth floor, a wellness suite has been designed with sauna and gym facilities.
With planning application submitted, and the strip out starting imminently, this looks to be another innovative design with a focus on the Wellness of our clients, for Rigby & Rigby.
