Rigby & Rigby Excels within the Allect Design Group and Rigby Group Plc
Rigby Group Plc has recently featured on Prime Resi, announcing a turnover of £3bn. Rigby Group Plc’s various residential and yacht interior design operations including Rigby & Rigby, Helen Green Design, and Lawson Robb were brought together under Allect Design Group, last Summer 2018.
Since then, Allect has been labelled as London’s largest resi design practice, with recent wins including Berkeley Arcade Residences on Curzon Street and a property at No.1 Grosvenor Square.
The Rigby Group is run by Sir Peter Rigby and his sons Steven and James. It operates a a range of businesses across six core divisions: technology, airports, hotels, aviation, real estate and finance, and has holdings in the UK and around Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Rigby Real Estate made revenues of £18.1m in the year, with EBITDA of £0.4m. The Plc’s property arm owns a diverse real estate portfolio with freehold properties, large scale commercial projects and bespoke residential developments. The firm recently secured outline planning for a 3.7 million square foot scheme in Coventry and submitted plans for a one million sq ft project in Norwich.
