Iain Johnson said “It’s an amazing scheme and a rare opportunity for the city, we have been able to unlock the last piece of the Mayfair residential jigsaw through collaboration with the experienced design team and we have been fortunate enough as part of this process to offer a key piece of urban design to Westminster council with the new arcade linking the Stratton Street to Curzon Street. It’s been a pleasure to be part of this complex process and we are extremely happy for the community and the client with the end proposition.”
