Work is now well underway on the transformation of the Rigby Group’s new family office and London headquarters on Brook Street in Mayfair.

The five-storey development, designed by Rigby and Rigby’s architectural studio, will offer a base in the capital for the Family Office, Rigby Private Equity, Rigby and Rigby and Rigby Real Estate.

Due for completion in October plans for the 8,800 sq. ft. Grade II listed building will also include a bar, library and gym, conferencing facilities and executive suites, as well as hot desking facilities for Rigby Group employees from across the firm’s aviation, hotels, airports, IT, financial and real estate divisions.
