Rigby and Rigby has secured a Silver Award at the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Company Awards 2017, achieving an exceptionally high score against the Scheme’s Code of Considerate Practice.

The award recognises the Rigby and Rigby’s sensitive and meticulous approach to translating stunning architectural designs into complex, construction projects, in some of London’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, and follows individual awards for several of the firm’s projects in the capital.

Iain Johnson, Head of Residential for Rigby and Rigby, said: “This a very prestigious award and a great testament to the whole Rigby and Rigby team, who work through complex logistical challenges, right from the early design stages, on every project, to ensure that we do not inconvenience our clients or their neighbours.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a non-profit making, independent organisation founded in 1997, by the construction industry, to highlight best practice among construction firms in being considerate towards communities surrounding development sites, protecting the environment, securing safety, and valuing their workforce.
