Rigby & Rigby is proud to announce that they have been appointed on an ultra-prime private residential property in Japan, right in the epicentre of its capital city Tokyo. With architecture from the iconic Kengo Kuma Associates, Rigby & Rigby will be the development management for this 25,000 sq ft private property.

Rigby & Rigby is thrilled to be collaborating with Kengo Kuma Associates to bring the property to life. Kengo Kuma Associates, founded by Kengo Kuma in 1990, has designed architectural works in over twenty countries and received prestigious awards, including the Architectural Institute of Japan Award. Most recently, they are bringing their expertise to the creation of the Olympic Stadium for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

Kengo Kuma & Associates designs architecture that naturally merges with its cultural and environmental surroundings, proposing gentle, human-scaled buildings. Their team of architects are constantly in search of new materials to replace concrete and steel, with a new approach for architecture in a post-industrial society.
