Project SW7 107 was a full mews house refurbishment with a basement excavation.
The complete full house refurbishment, along with the addition of a basement level to an existing mews property, provided enhance living and amenity accommodation in accordance with the family’s modern living requirements.
The addition of a basement provided enhanced ancillary accommodation, including a modern gym and media suite. Timber fin balustrade detail, spanning all floors, assisted with borrowed light potential across the depth of the floor plan.
