Planning permission secured for Nammos Restaurant London
The planning application was the subject of an appeal hearing and review, but full permission was granted by the governmental planning inspectorate, a testament to the work of our trusted planning team at Savills and longstanding heritage consultants Turley, supported by Mishcon de Reya.
Nammos London will be a new urban dining concept, with a relaxed neighbourhood atmosphere. A hosted home, with exceptional service, and dishes made to be shared. A place of friendship and warmth. Memories of the Mediterranean, reimagined for the heart of Knightsbridge Village.
The design of the neighbourhood restaurant perfectly reflects the dining concept. Elevating a heritage landmark and humble ingredients, with exquisite architectural details and exceptional cooking.
The architecture and delivery of the project will be managed by Rigby & Rigby who also carried out the interior design for the residential elements whilst the commercial interiors are designed in collaboration with Joyce Wang. The restaurant celebrates a warm and inviting palette of terracotta, pastel blues and natural whites, creating an environment that perfectly encapsulates our Myconian roots, elegantly refined for the heart of Knightsbridge village.
Rigby & Rigby’s Special Projects Design and Delivery team are now in a position to undertake the remaining parts of work with a view to launch Nammos London in 2023.
Rigby & Rigby is behind the development management, architecture and interior design of two luxury apartments with excellent access to some of London’s most luxurious locations. The apartments both comprise of a generous master suite with dedicated dressing room and bathroom as well as a well sized guest bedroom with en-suite. Well-appointed living rooms with fireplaces lead to a bespoke kitchen and dining area with excellent views of the bustling city below them all with cool Mediterranean palettes.
