In The Studio: Our Favourite Bedside Pendants
Over recent weeks, the interior design studio have been sourcing Bedside Pendants for Rigby & Rigby’s upcoming projects.
The interior design team have shared a selection of their favourite Bedside Pendants that they found whilst sourcing for our most recent projects.
Vessel 96 CRI LED by Todd Bracher
The Vessel was selected by Studio Manager James Ashfield as it is “Simple but beautiful in appearance”. The light is a first-of-kind pendant that was engineered completely from the ‘perfect light throw’. It casts a supremely balanced and even light, emanating from a beautiful, essentialist object purpose-formed to guide the light toward its intended surface.
The Ovolo was selected by Lena Cottray due to its “sculptural form” that typifies the artistry of Articolo’s design philosophy. Its organic shape conceals a custom light source; a handcrafted disc encased in brass that floats with weightlessness behind a striking glass form, mouth-blown in Murano, Italy. Articolo’s signature brass suspension is superbly crafted with a bespoke lock and key detail; a refined finish appropriate for both residential and commercial interiors.
12 Round Chandelier by Il Pezzo Mancante
Selected by Jamelia McLaverty the 12 Round Chandelier adds a sense of innovation and contemporary drama to your home, yacht or business. Inspired by the maternal female form, the Il Pezzo 12 3 Round Chandelier has been designed to capture the exhilarating miracle of new life in the womb emanating the most beautiful and enthralling patterns from its subtle ambient light source.
Molten Chandelier by JMW Studio
This Chandelier was selected by Tania Blanco due to its “Simple but elegant detailing on the glass”. Jeremy Maxwell Wintrebert’s work is filigrane technique freehand-blown, meaning each piece is truly unique.
Chosen by Rebecca Dix for its “organic and raw metal finish” This pendant with solid glass drop illuminated by LEDs, is fitted with cap and chain in antique brass, satin nickel or blackened nickel finish.
