Rigby & Rigby is proud to announce the completion of a 32,000sq.ft ultra-prime private residential property in Japan, right in the epicentre of its capital city Tokyo. With architecture from the iconic Kengo Kuma Associates, Rigby & Rigby delivered the project with two of its six independent divisions, Development Management & Interior Design.
COLLABORATING WITH KENGO KUMA ASSOCIATES.
Rigby & Rigby is thrilled to have collaborated with Kengo Kuma Associates to bring the property to life. Kengo Kuma Associates, founded by Kengo Kuma in 1990, has designed architectural works in over twenty countries and received prestigious awards, including the Architectural Institute of Japan Award. Most recently, they brought their expertise to the creation of the Olympic Stadium for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Kengo Kuma & Associates design architecture that naturally merges with its cultural and environmental surroundings, proposing gentle, human-scaled buildings. Their team of architects are constantly in search of new materials to replace concrete and steel, with a new approach to architecture in a post-industrial society.
Rigby & Rigby is proud to have delivered this prestigious international project, further illustrating our collaborative approach to international projects.
