The piece features Prestige Lifestyle’sstunning plans for the Grade II listed mansion near St. James’ Park in Westminster, developed in collaboration with Rigby and Rigby team as development managers, construction consultants and finishing specialists.
The house already has six bedrooms, a music room, and a formal dining room and is spread across seven storeys. Properties on the street typically fetch between £5-8 million. However the proposed renovations, for which planning permission has been applied, will add tow subterranean levels, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, and office, transforming the property.
